The 'Hillside' in Wargrave, was
called Woodclyffe House. The Woodclyffe Hall was
built as a village hall, in memory of a husband. The
building had been most skillfully adapted for the
purpose by Cole Adams (the architect of the
Woodclyffe Hall).
The event was organised by Hill's musicians and
Target-art to promote and raise the consciousness
for the Smile Train Charity.
We raising
800 pounds in an event
which saw both visual and audible interest from the
local community.
2000 leaflets were
distributed
before the event in both Wargrave, Twyford and
Knowl Hill.
The event was deemed a
success lasting
to the last moments in a auction of artifacts and
poems and music in the evening. A good time was
had by all.
