The expanse halved by the hedge and tree is like a 
reminscence of the lowlands in East Anglia. The 
Church and sky both fold into the shallow 
foreground. The rich blues take the atmosphere to 
the cold and bewildering chasm that is the winter. 
The tree lies pregnant, blustering in keeping in 
composition.
