Harking back to the tradition that past masters have all the answers in paint and composition. 
A. Williams is unashamedly adopting Durer for a pop star of contention. The less than ideal 
features are puce, vain and interested only that it would pass on a message to those that see him, 
as a gargol of the past,  an ogre in waiting. This is not Durer, it pins the hopes of us mortals 
that we can be placed in the past as successor to the art world.
