A brave effort at evoking a spiritual phenonemen!?
The grey tie die is clearly
expressed in subject matter that could potentially
move us in a clasping
and religious way. Looks can be very deceiving, for
instance, the burn marks
over the head and body and beying hands at the
time maybe symbolic or even
the tidy folding of the shroud could be interpreted in
this piece but I am very
unsure about this and it does remain essentially
unclear as to its intention and
indeed a mystery that stirs the emotions as
previously put. The title suggests a
shroud to a prominent and eminent man at the very
least and may have no
connection with anybody religious.>
