After days of rain having walked around Venice well
wrapped up and under an umbrella instead of
sitting
somewhere sunny painting as we'd hoped, suddenly
one morning on waking there was a crisp cool sun
which came out and this was just the coolness of
the morning before the sun began to warm up all
the wet and sodden streets
