This is the best of Mr Thacker. Here we have a mythical path overhanging is the intertwinning 
trees holding together the picture is an unlikely tale. Let us hope that the story unravels the way
the imagery does. The limited use of repetitive plants in the field is more oriental in tradition, yet 
my feeling of pictorial landscape needs to be revised as the artist is greater and with narrative to
us, we will react differently to the title. 'Four seasons, On High Furlong Brook at Precote'
